Internal Representation: Under the relevant Code of Practice, employees are allowed to be accompanied by a work colleague or Union Representative but not an outside party. However growing numbers of employers are open to outside representation Where employers allow, we attend Disciplinary & Grievance meetings to support you and ask questions on your behalf. If they are not we can help you prepare for meetings, review notes and draft and appeal, if that is what you require.
