REPRESENTATION
Our initial free consultation will provide you with an understanding of your particular situation. We can advise you if you and provide you with options on how best to proceed or resolve the issue. We have extensive experience supporting employees from different industry sectors with concerns in many areas including;
- Payment of Wages
- Overtime & Holiday payments
- Break & rest period entitlements
- Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures
- Discrimination: Disability, Age, Race, Gender, Sexual orientation
- Unfair & Constructive Dismissal
- Short-service Dismissal (under 12 months)
- Contracts-Terms and Conditions
- Redundancy
- Retirement
- TUPE
Following our consultation you will know what choices are open to you and be in a informed position to decide the best course of action for you. You might decide to; leave matters as they are or informally/formally address the issue with your employer or, depending on the circumstances, you might decide to refer the matter for consideration at the Workplace Relations Commission.
Whatever your decision, we will help, support and advise you through the process-internal and external-from start to end.
Internal Representation: Under the relevant Code of Practice, employees are allowed to be accompanied by a work colleague or Union Representative but not an outside party. However growing numbers of employers are open to outside representation Where employers allow, we attend Disciplinary & Grievance meetings to support you and ask questions on your behalf. If they are not we can help you prepare for meetings, review notes and draft and appeal, if that is what you require.
External Representation: If you refer the issue for examination at the WRC, then we are perfectly positioned to help you. Our personable one-to-one service and affordable fees will allow you to fully address your concern-even if the value of your claim is small.
